Stayput is a host-side operations app for independent Airbnb and VRBO hosts with 2–10 properties. The host manages everything from their phone; the cleaner receives an SMS with a token link to a lightweight web page — no app install, no login required. When the turnover is photo-confirmed, the host gets a push. When it isn't, Stayput escalates.

Restock-low shortcodes — cleaners text RESTOCK TP or RESTOCK COFFEE; the item rolls into the next turnover task automatically.
iCal sync — Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking iCal feeds auto-schedule turnover tasks when a booking ends, no API approval required.
Escalation push — if T-2 hours before next check-in and no photo confirmation, the host gets an action-required alert.
Per-property billing — each property is its own subscription; add a door to add a sub, remove a door to cancel it at next renewal.

Add a property and link your cleaner
Enter the property name, paste your Airbnb or VRBO iCal URL, and add your cleaner's phone number. Stayput sends them a one-time opt-in SMS. Setup takes under two minutes.

Turnover tasks dispatch automatically
When a booking ends, Stayput texts your cleaner a token link. They open it on any phone, walk the checklist, upload photos of the required spots, and tap Done. No app, no account.

You know before your guest arrives
The moment the cleaner confirms, you get a push. If they haven't confirmed two hours before check-in, you get an escalation alert so you can act — not find out after a 1-star review.
